Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before arrival; cancellations within 7 days will be charged. 

For Hotel Collect bookings, we will contact guests 7 days prior to arrival for payment—if payment is not received or the guest is unreachable, the reservation will be cancelled.

Advanced Purchase Rate bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable at any time. After check-in, all remaining nights are also non-refundable.
